MOSCOW, Jan 29 (PRIME) -- Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom has delayed the placement of its 7-year 15 billion ruble exchange bond indefinitely, a banking source told PRIME on Wednesday.
“Rostelecom has decided to postpone the placement till a later date because of a worsened market situation,” the source said.
The operator planned to collect bids for the bonds on Wednesday with the technical placement scheduled for February 10.
